The manual makes a short mention of a couple of commands I would like to use:
RUIA Report current
RUJA Report voltage
That is a direct quote from the manual, and the only mention of those commands I can find; there is no mention about what the quantities returned by these commands mean. Please tell me how to convert the returned values to some meaningful units.

The units for Voltage is millivolts. Ex. 24000 would be 24VDC.
The units for Amps is in 10ths of amps. Ex. 100 would be 1 Amp.
