I have connected my two smart motor through RS 232 ,com port1. And try to communicate through SMI
But when I switched on the motor power supply suddenly on SMI window ,numerals or symbols are contunuosly printing ,this error process is countinuing untill I switch off the motors.Because of this I am unable to use my motors. I don't know its hardware problem or an other issue.Please help

I have now identified the problem is arided due to the port problem of PC. I am not deleting this thread ,becuase anybody facing these problem it wil be helpful for them
