I would like to control the smart motor using a On/Off signal from I/O pin 2. I am cycling a tool into a port and when it signals a high I want to use code to release the tool back to a low within a 4 second time frame. Can someone help me with programming?

What is the part number or firmware revision of your SmartMotor?

Are you wanting a 4 second delay before it moves out? ...or do you want the move to take 4 seconds?

I want to tell the motor to move in or out based on signal from input #6. When my script program goes high I want to move motor in until script is finish which then sets to low and move the motor back out. The delay I can work into that.
